“Where is the coupon code I use?”
Your coupon code is applied to your computer when you click on the ‘Coupon Code’ button at the top of any of the product pages. You don’t actually have to put in a coupon code and at the time of check out you will have to pay the regular price. Our coupon code is actually more of a rebate in the sense that we send you cash via paypal about a month after your purchase. To ensure you get your rebate and it’s sent to the correct email address, place your order and then make sure to request the rebate.
“When Do I get My Rebate?”
Most rebates are paid within 5 weeks of your purchase. This is because many merchants have return policies that extend out a month or so and we have to wait until after the return period to send the rebate.
“How Many Coupons Can I Use At Once?”
You can use as many as you want. There is no limit on how much you can save.
“What happens if I return the product or Cancel Payment?”
We can’t give rebates on items that weren’t paid for or that were returned.
“Why Do I have to Clear My Cookies?”
It’s important that you clear your cookies before you use our coupon code button. By clearing your cookies, you ensure that the rebate will go through without a problem. If you don’t clear your cookies, we will work with you to hopefully still get the rebate, but it’s not 100% sure if you don’t clear your cookies first.
“Are there ever hold periods longer than 55 days?”
On rare occasions we need to hold rebates for longer than 55 days to ensure that your purchase goes through without any glitches. Usually this is true of rebates over $30 USD, but sometimes is true of smaller purchases as well.
